Hi, I’m Chris Plunkett.
I’ve spent the last 11 years working in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Over that time, I’ve built a deep appreciation for the energy that comes from bringing people together over great food and drinks.
Originally from Louisiana, I grew up surrounded by a culture that celebrates flavor, connection, and good times. Good Times Co. is an homage to my roots, my favorite holiday, and the moments that remind us life is best when it’s shared. It’s also shaped by the spirit of “Laissez les bons temps rouler”—a simple reminder to let the good times roll and enjoy life as it comes.
We are proud to partner with Town Hall Theater, which serves as my home base and the official operating location for my license.
As a nonprofit organization, Town Hall Theater is deeply rooted in the community and dedicated to arts, culture, and bringing people together. Their support makes it possible for me to operate Good Times Co. in a space that shares those same values of connection, celebration, and hospitality.
